Overview
Most Items are eligible for a refund, some restrictions apply.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after you have received the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The Return address is different from where it came from we will provide you with the correct address for receiving returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be Returned / refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please send us an email at orders@brapapparel.ca and we will handle these on a case by case basis.
Returns
Returns are handled on a case by case basis and directly by our orders Team, Send us an email to orders@brapapparel.ca
Make sure to include your Name and order number and we will initiate the return.
Expect an email form our orders team with detailed instructions and a return address for your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
